Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days
Custom printed items may require additional production time (2–5 business days) depending on the product and order volume
Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays

We offer local delivery within:

Vancouver
Burnaby
Richmond

Delivery time: 1–2 business days after production(Remember to add, production time 1-3 business days)
Tracking: Not available (hand-delivered orders)

Standard Shipping (Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond)

Delivery time: 2–5 business days
Shipping is free
Tracking number provided once shipped

Delivery Delays

Printcouver is not responsible for delays caused by:

Courier services (Canada Post, etc.)
Weather conditions
Incorrect shipping addresses
