At Printcouver, we aim to deliver your custom products quickly and reliably. Please review our shipping and delivery terms below.
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days
- Custom printed items may require additional production time (2–5 business days) depending on the product and order volume
- Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays
Shipping Options
🇨🇦 Local Delivery (Greater Vancouver)
We offer local delivery within:
- Vancouver
- Burnaby
- Richmond
Delivery time: 1–2 business days after production(Remember to add, production time 1-3 business days)
Tracking: Not available (hand-delivered orders)
Standard Shipping (Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond)
- Delivery time: 2–5 business days
- Shipping is free
- Tracking number provided once shipped
Order Tracking
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates
Delivery Delays
Printcouver is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier services (Canada Post, etc.)
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect shipping addresses
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos (if damaged)
- We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible
